Strongly Recommend Bryan!
Marc and I were in a special situation. We were looking for a house to rent and ideally one that we had the option of buying if, after living in it, we really liked it. As we moved through the dreary process of trying to get real estate agents to show a rental home, and were disappointed time after time with their unresponsiveness, unwillingness to show us homes, unreturned calls, etc., we came across Bryan. He showed me one house and I knew two seconds after walking in the door that it wasn't for me. "It's the layout, isn't it?" he asked. I nodded. He'd nailed it. He was very friendly and courteous despite the fact that I wasn't going to rent the house. I was impressed with his professionalism, so much so that when it came time to work with strange and new way of renting to own a house, I immediately thought of him as someone that could help us through this complex process. Working with this lease-to-own company was new for him, too, but he did a great amount of research and was able to advise us every step of the way. When we found the home we wanted he helped us through some very tricky negotiations with the purchasing/leasing company. Throughout this confusing and stressful process (the company's inability to answer our questions directly about some matters made us suspicious and worried) Bryan was there, helping us through it, explaining how home buying works, talking us through the steps. Six months later we are very happy leasers, and seriously thinking of buying this home. I feel so lucky to have encountered as professional an agent as Bryan at this difficult and confusing time in our house hunt. I recommend him strongly to anybody looking for a home to buy or sell: he will loyally represent your interests and help you every step of the way through what can be a complicated and difficult process.
